Gerald H. Fickenscher
Mr. Fickenscher served Vice President-Europe, Middle East and Africa, Crompton Corporation (a specialty chemicals company) from 1994 through September, 2003, when he retired. From 1986 through 1994,. he was Chief Financial Officer of Uniroyal Chemical Corporation (a specialty chemicals manufacturer). Mr. Fickenscher has been a Director of Standex since 2004.
