Deborah A. Rosen
Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary
Deborah Rosen joined Standex in 1985 as a Corporate Staff Attorney. She became Senior Corporate Attorney and Assistant Secretary in 1987, and assumed the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary responsibilities in 1998. She was promoted to her current position as Vice President, General Counsel in July 1999 and was elected to Standex's Board of Directors in October, 2001. Prior to joining Standex, Debbie worked for several law firms in Los Angeles and Boston. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from California State University at Northridge and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles.
